Since completing the intensive training course in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) conducted by Behavioral Tech, LLC, Dr. Pihlgren has provided individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or struggling with symptoms of BPD, including:
- Fear of abandonment
- Unstable and intense interpersonal relationships
- Identity disturbance
- Impulsivity in areas that are potentially self-damaging
